Today where every of the contractors gathers one day earlier to ensure all of the assignments are being done and completed as per requested.
This is the last part of the preparation which is the set-up time today.
When visitors visit the fairs, everything has been perfectly done. But only us who prepared for it will know what is actually happening.
The meetings, budgets, allocations, POSM, rushing for every single thing with other tasks on hand or back to back events on-going. Even to fight for which category we should be in and the balloting becomes a major issue in performance.
Despite of all, we still need to get the things done, joke and laugh at the sametime while getting the things in place. I still don't call this as extraordinary performance. It was just the basic requirements at work.
