Hokkaido Cake, RT Pastry

This is one of my favourite cake from RT Pastry, established in 2003. Yes, I've said correctly, a cake. Don't be mislead by her look, it's actually a cake, not muffin.

The cake is really soft and the fresh cream in the center is made of pure milk.

Don't worry if you're not a milk lover, the cream is really light and doesn't have any 'heavy' milk taste to it. It's simply yummylicious! At only RM13.80 per box of 6pcs, it's a great choice for breakfast or tea time snack.

Now, they even have strawberry flavor. I like the strawberry centre cream better than the originals.

If you are looking for a box, make sure you call up for orders before hand to avoid dissappoinment.
