We love trying new cafes or restaurants around, while Yeast Bistronomy is one of them. I nearly forgot to blog about them. This is a late entry; I recall of them when dining at another cafe while we are doing some comparison between them two- which one deserves our repeat visitation and which serves better food.
We prefer what we had at Yeast Bistronomy- especially the tarts... . As I went through some research on this place, I realized; no wonder it tasted better. The reason behind looks like this, they are a group of people, French & Malaysians, who all have had various experiences in life, locally and abroad, with different skills, crafts, and specialties. The one thing they all have in common is the love of good breads, French bistro cuisine, and great wines.
First impression, the bistro design captivates me with it's one of it's kind decor. The feeling was different, although it might be simple yet classy set-up. The food are good, love their coffee, not only delicious and it comes with a nice coffee art.
The concept combines in itself the informal etiquette in a basic bistro decor serving quality cuisine with a touch of gastronomical audacity, at a reasonable price, given that they source the best ingredients they can find on the market for their cuisine. Historically, it all started when haute cuisine masters, decided to use their talents in the casual atomosphere of a bistro, rather than face the expense, and fierce competition of fighting for the Michelin Stars. Bistronomy has become a real trend, even though we still simply call these restaurants "Bistros". The concept today is simpler, offering a more relaxed way to enjoy gourmet cuisine for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Now, I am missing of their cuisine and expecting for the next visit. Of course, I am missing the tarts, tarts, tarts......, quiche and the other main dishes!
