{Happy Alert} Taiwan's Dazzling Café coming to Singapore in April 2015

Bravo! Rejoice! The Taiwan chain's first outlet here will take up a spot at the newly renovated Capitol Piazza opposite Raffles City Shopping Centre, opening on 18th April.

When it opens, fans can finally enjoy Dazzling's signature Shibuya-style honey toast (top pic), mochi "QQ" waffles and umami mentaiko pasta in Singapore.

The former boasts yummy, tea-time friendly ingredients such as custard, pistachio, strawberry, ice-cream and of course, honey, slated across toast that's crisp on the edges and incredibly soft in the centre.

Singapore's first Dazzling Café will, like the others, boast a saccharine sweet decor, complete with diamond doorknobs, unicorn displays, rabbit chairs and glistening chandeliers, with Tiffany blue surrounds. It'll house a champagne bar, as well as an alfresco dining area with a crystal-like glass roof.

Since it first launched about four years ago with Dazzling Café Pink, the business has expanded aggressively and now has nine themed outlets across Taiwan, as well as four in Shanghai and one in Hong Kong.

The F&B group responsible for bringing Dazzling Café to Singapore Savoury Creations, plans to open two outlets here before moving in on Malaysia and Indonesia within the next two years.

And yes, coming to Malaysia... I wish they will make it sooner.
