Monster Fried Ice-Cream, Sunway Pyramid & Berjaya Times Square

Taste the best of both worlds with Monsters Fried Ice Cream at Sunway Pyramid & the new outlet at Berjaya Times Square, where you get ‘fried’ ice-cream without the guilt of deep-frying, grease, and added calories. It has recently become a new hit among dessert lovers in Klang Valley.

The way the ice-cream is prepared reminds me of teppanyaki chefs with their swift motions.  Flavour-wise, there’s nothing to shout about, but the crunchy texture of the ice-cream (because of the almonds and cornflakes) was pretty awesome. — Aoi
Thai tea flavour is indeed special — though you might not taste the “tea” flavour at first. The taste of evaporated milk slightly overwhelmed the tea when they are supposed to be in an equal blend of both.  It tastes good, after all, with rolls of ice cream serving a creamy yet crunchy texture.  The final touch with chocolate syrup and sugar sprinkles went well with it too!
Basically, you get to customise you own ice- cream. There ares Five (5) ice- cream to choose from: Thai Tea, Green Tea, Chocolate, Mocha and Vanilla. Then you pick the combination of toppings that you want.
Monsters ice- cream is practically the same where the ice- cream and the toppings will be mashed to combine BUT it will be flattened and then rolled to be served!
You can request for additional toppings at RM1. You can add on whip cream if you like but I didn't because I was only after the ice- cream rolls so whip cream seemed redundant that time.
Monsters Ice Cream is joining a reward program with Samsung Galaxy Life Malaysia.
