His years of apprenticing and learning took him 35 years of experience from Japan to France and now, Malaysia. He has previous experience with prestigious hotels such as Hayama Hotel Otowa No Mori, Kannonzaki Keikyu Hotel in Japan and also in France specializing in France food. Currently, expanded his horizons right here in Malaysia. His culinary skills have been sharpened during many years of experience will definitely enhance your dining experience at Ri-Yakitori Bar. Chef has always been passionate in his profession in culinary trade. He holds strongly on his philosophy; nothing is a barrier for him to serve, create unique and delicious food for any patrons who dine.
Ri-Yakitori Bar is now opened for lunch from 12noon – 2.00pm on Fridays from 16 October 2015 onwards. During this lunch period, our chef specially created a special menu for this Kozara Ryori set promotion. The set consists of 7 dishes including a rice set and dessert set. The set made up of Sakura Ebi Dashimaki (appetizer - Japanese omelette, Chinese cabbage with chicken roll, tomato mozzarella), Sashimi Salada (maguro & tuna or salmon & octopus), Chawanmushi, Braised radish with Kuromutsu fish, Chicken Sautéed (chicken wings, breast, thigh), Rice Set (edamame Gohan, soup, pickles) and Dessert Set (fruit compote – strawberry, kiwi, orange juice; macha mocha, chocolate moist).
