This is my second time here for another farewell dinner. No doubt, still full of patrons, good business indeed. Might be due to good location in Bangsar Shopping Centre.

One thing for sure is that their service is good on food wise, some are good while some may be just up to normal standard. If you are looking for a place for chill-out and have a nice drink, this place is good for you.

We prefer their Western food and dessert compared to local food. Steak, duck, fish, starters, chicken & lamb; all equally good with fine aroma and up to par.

Known as WIP but what does WIP means? Here, this is what it really meant: WIP... from once a “Work In Progress” to now “Whipped Into Place”, WIP is KL’s best-kept secret.

This restaurant located at the prestigious Bangsar Shopping Centre, WIP is an international lifestyle destination with a coastal resort ambience. Its urban-tropic garden design provides the perfect ambience for an exceptional relaxing experience.

Luscious cuisine featuring a hearty selection of Western, Asian and Northern Indian cuisine will more than satisfy the palate. The Clam Bar complements with innovative cocktails, premium champagnes, wines, spirits and features KL’s widest range of Mojitos.

All these coupled with high service standards translate into all the right ingredients in making WIP a firm favourite.

The restaurant consists of a few different areas which includes The Garden - Ambient sounds of water coupled with the gurgle of chatter, laughter and activity. Seats 80 with ease.

The Patio - Sandwiched by verdant greenery, 70 pax are able to go about their merry ways under a tropical sky.

The Lounge - A population of 50 are able to be in the thick of the action in the vicinity of the Clam Bar.

The Dining Room - For those seeking a less boisterous part of the restaurant, this space seats 50 comfortably.

Even we preferred Western, the restaurant actually offers a range of different dishes which caters to different requirements. Hearty and robust, WIP’s menu features a satisfying mix of foods from our Western, Asian, Northern Indian and Pizza kitchens. Also available are a wide variety of Bar Snacks for those seeking lighter options.

As for pricing, one have to look out on it to avoid bursting the bill.

如何练就迷人的眼神

对我而言，迷人的眼神对女人来说很重要。眼神能表现一个人的气质的主要观点。
大家都知道，眼睛是心灵的窗户，不光是你的脸，你的说话方式、声音、语调，那么我觉得有三点是最重要的。一个是你的外形基础，一个就是你的眼神，再接下来才是你说话的感觉，音调。另一个人先看你，先看的是是状态，接着她跟你对视，通过跟你眼神有交流，那么这是第二点。第三点，你开口说话，她知道你是怎么样的人。基本透过着三点，一分钟的时间，别人就知道你是一个无聊的，boring的，还是一个interesting的,有趣的,好玩的,很有魅力的人。

那么，魅力的代言词、近义词有哪些？那么接下来我就来写一下。

那么大概是有三点：成熟；简洁；风趣；大气

你的肢体给人是成熟的感觉，那么你的说话是给人风趣的感觉，那么你的眼神是给人简洁有力的感觉，那么再加上你整体的动作，你整个人有那种大气的气势，那么这种称之为魅力。魅力是可以去练习的。

很多人就说，有没有这样一个事。你看过一个人，哇，似曾相识，然后就觉得他特别有魅力，他人长得不怎么样，然后就是衣服不是特别突出 。他就是有一种特别，有很强的气场的感觉。他是一种说不出来的感觉。那么这种方式也是通过练习可以达到的。通过练习你的肢体语言，你的动作，神态，语言，尤其是你的眼神，就是可以练习到这一点。

那么，如何去练习眼神呢？ 我们通过方法论，技巧论还有心态篇来进行三方面的阐述。

首先有一个好的眼神的前提是你要有一个正确的积极的心态。就是你的内心是要有一个强大的无畏的感觉。那么你是自大的，你是风趣的，你是幽默的，你是有一个社会的沉淀，有一个经历的沉淀。你的成熟不是说你的年纪，而是说你在这段时间内，你经历的事情是有多少的能够被你吸收，被你积累下来到你的内心，最后通过你的眼神体现出来。所以我们要做的首先第一件事情不是练眼神。丰富你的人生体验。

为什么是丰富你的人生体验呢？

不知道你有没有看过小孩子的眼神。6、7岁的时候，他们的眼神是天真的，无邪的，单纯的，是非常柔和的。再接着，15、6岁的眼神，他们是有一点点无奈，有一点对社会的无助，有一点无可奈何的眼神。再看看年轻人的眼神。就像现在，20多岁你走在路上，那些年轻人，他们的眼神。你坐在公交车上，你坐在地铁上面，你周围的人你吃饭的时候，他们的眼神是这样子的。就是空洞的，无神的，没有异样的。为什么会出现这样的事情呢？为什么他们会越来变得越来越没有自己的气质呢？因为他们被社会给腐蚀到。他们在从小时候5岁的时候，就每天重复做类似的事情：学习，工作，吃饭，回家，学习，工作，吃饭，回家，学习，工作，吃饭，回家......那么当你在进行这些事情长达一年甚至两三年的时候，你的整个人的气场、你的情绪就会处于一个比较低的状态。就是你平常是比较很少的起伏，跟那些高起伏高情绪的人，那么那边是成功的人士，他们没有一个这样的心态。就是说，成功的人士都比较敏感。

那么，你只有在不断的丰富你的人生体验，去经历很多事情，好玩的，过山车，疯狂的有趣的旅游，或者是一些你从来没有做过没有想过的事情，类似蹦极。你去花时间投入去做一份你的工作，花时间去学习一个兴趣爱好。比如说MBA工商管理，逻辑，英语，英文，意大利语，法语，日语。那么你在经历的事情、见到的人越多的时候，你的内心的能量就越充足。你内心越自信，那么眼睛是心灵的载体，你的载体通过你内心的状态，产生到你的眼神当中，最后形成一种气场。所以我说经历的事情是越多越好。那么你在年轻的时候你经历的事情越多的话，那么当你老的时候，你就会发现你比同龄人多了份成熟的豁达，那是因为你的经历的原因。同时，你只有在经历了很多事情之后，你才能够自信的看着对方。首先我们要做到第一点，就是：能够自信的注视别人的眼睛。如果连这点都没法做到的话，那更不要谈说一个魅力的成熟的眼神是什么样子的。所以这种是提前在你的内心要有一个东西，那么才能够做到。

  

第二个：学习辨析眼神。

那么都有看过电影吧。就是，大家知道西游记的主演六小龄童，他的眼神是怎么练习的呢？一开始他的眼睛是有一千多度的近视，他每天就是注视水里面的鱼的游动，然后天空的鸟的飞动，在树枝上面那些小鸟它们飞行的轨迹。然后用眼神在空中写字。最后他才能练出这种炯炯有神的火眼金睛的眼神。那么，同样的，你得去学习你喜欢的明星、名人。比如说拿破仑或者是约翰尼德普、汤姆克鲁斯。一些他们被公认为全世界最有魅力的，比如贝克汉姆，世界先生，他们的眼神是什么样的。一般是微眯的，然后额头偏低的，然后眼睛下垂，然后从下往上的。不是一个平角去看你的，肯定是斜角或者是仰视的角度去看着你的。那么你通过去学习不同的你所觉得你喜欢的明星的眼神的状态去模仿他。那么一天大概是10分钟左右，那么长期下来就会有一个类似的眼神。

第三个：技巧练习。

技巧练习有很多种，比如我现在手头上拿着的笔。你在平常没事做的时候，在工作学习之余，你可以把笔放在你的两眼中间这个位置，然后去注视这个笔尖的位置。大概在1到5秒之后，再用你的眼睛注视离你稍远的墙，然后在注视过程中再回到这支笔，再来回的转换。这个主要是练习你的眼神的凝聚力。还有什么方法去练习你眼神的凝聚力呢？军人的练习眼神的方式是：一个物体，用你的眼神去杀死它。怎么叫杀死它?比如说这个物体一看是这个位置，但是你的穿透的点是在这个位置，就是在它后面的。那么我们知道武术当中打拳，如果打到人的肚子上面，他打的不是肚子。当人家打肚子的时候，他想的是打在肚子背后这个位置。这样就会有一种穿透力，还有一种渗透力的。一种加速的螺旋性的力量。子弹也一样。同样的，盯着某个物体看的时候，你的点应该是在它后方，大概5公分的位置。想象有一种就像穿透在摄影机背后，然后坐在电脑边上的那个你，就是有一种渗透感。这样的练习方式可以练习你的眼神的威慑力。就是当你在愤怒的时候，人的情绪是可以通过眼神，比如说喜怒哀乐，通过镜子，去喜怒哀乐。通过你的眼神能很容易的表达出来。如果有机会的话可以去看下《微表情》。上面有很多关于这方面的描述。人类的七大情绪：快乐，痛苦，悲伤，愤怒，然后还有恐惧，然后贪婪，还有性欲。这七个情绪都可以通过你的眼神表达出来。那么就是说，你如果有在厕所镜子的时候或者是有镜子的时候，利用你的眼神传达出这七种情绪的状态。OK，这是情绪的练习方法。刚刚我讲了凝聚力，还有专注力，那么就是情绪力。

接着讲下我们在跟女生互动的时候，如果去用到这些方法。当你刚开始搭讪女生的时候，你应该是用一种练习这种笔尖这种凝聚力的方式去注视她。因为在这当中有注意力。比如说：嘿，等一下，是这样的，刚刚我在那边看到你，觉得你的气质。你的眼神应该是专注在她的眼神的上方的，然后是一种真诚的天真无邪的眼神的。有的时候你可能惯例技巧做的非常好，就是该做的也做了，但是为什么妹会觉得说有一种很不安全感？或者说很花心的感觉？那肯定是你的眼神在无意当中透露出一种淫邪或者是一种猥琐的感觉。就是说你的心态是要天真的，真诚的，纯洁的。多去看下小孩子的眼神，去模仿小孩子的眼神是什么样的。他们是瞳孔放大的，然后，眼睛是放大的，心里也是。多去看一些修性的比较好的书，是会好的，对你有帮助的。因为心灵载体才能承受住你的眼神。

那么这是关于开场的，你应该用什么样的眼神去跟对方注视呢？

你应该是头微偏在你的下巴。如果她是在你的对面，你应该是手托着你的脖子，然后用你的眼睑下方是一个斜切角区去看她。为什么是斜切角呢？因为如果你这样看的话，就会显得未免很正式很严肃，这不是一个正确的跟朋友的相处姿势。应该是一个比较温和的。因为直线是很硬的东西，那么曲线是很温柔的东西，那么这就是一个曲线的方式。通过你的眼帘往下，然后从小往上切角看她的眼神周围，然后稍微的嘴角露出微笑，不要露出牙齿。当她说出什么点后你就点头表示同意，然后你就说：好啦好啦对啊对啊对啊，类似于这样跟她来说。类似于这样的点，是比较赞同的。一定要是充满专注的看着她，这个时间不要太久，可能一分钟两分钟。当对方跟你说话的时候你应该把头转过来，然后是微望，注视着她的讲话，这是一个跟普通朋友相处的状态。

跟陌生人你就不要直接盯着她的眼睛看，因为那是一件不礼貌的行为。如果你在深林当中，遇到狮子，你知道狮子的眼神是非常犀利的，它有一种要吃掉你的感觉。还有豹子，它们的眼神是一种天生的野性的感觉。如果这个时候你跟它们对视的话，它会马上扑上来，对吧。跟陌生人，或者跟你尊敬的长辈，高价值的人进行对话的时候，你是不能够太去对着他，但是你又不能表现出弱势，那么应该怎么做呢？同样的，去盯着他的眼神，眼睛上方T区这个位置，这样是一个比价礼貌的行为。因为对于长辈，你不能太高傲，你也不能太弱，那么就是这个周围的位置，或者是这个T区，鼻子这个位置。对，就是这个位置。跟长辈相处，跟平辈相处还是眼神交流都是没问题的。

对于女人，然后对于女生，对于那些可爱的，有趣的，好玩的，内向的，外向的，那么这种很奇妙的女人这种动物，那么你在诱惑她的时候该怎么处理眼神对视呢？那你盯着她的应该不是T区，而是一个工作区。应该是在这个位置。你盯着是她的嘴巴的上方的唇齿间的位置。盯着她这个下巴的位置。因为下巴这个位置在嘴巴周围是有性，或者亲密的意味。所以你看这个位置，对，嘴巴这个位置，或者是耳朵，盯着她的耳朵，她也会有一种特别的感觉。因为女人是第六感直觉很强的人。如果你的眼神在之前笔的练习足够，OK的话，那么你在别人背对着你的时候，你在看别人的背后的时候，别人会感到一种不自在的感觉，她会回头之后去抚摸一下，这是真的存在的。你看别人耳朵这个位置，对，然后嘴巴，这两个。那么，还有这个脖子，多去用你的眼神微眯，然后去注视她脖子周围这个位置。还有这个颈部区。这样是一个非常性感的眼神状态。当别人盯着你看的时候也是，看到的时候就是一个意味深长的感觉。那么，再加点微笑。

那么我就是经常，一个眼神状态就是一个比较随和的。看这种方式，这是一个跟朋友相处的眼神。这是和女生搭讪的眼神状态。这是和女生诱惑的眼神状态。那么，你会发现，在越往后深入的时候，你的眼神状态表现是越丰富的，那么你的眉头是微皱的，眼神是眯起来的。眯起来是一种很陶醉的感觉。当你的眼神眯起来的时候，那么女生就会觉得你是在沉醉于你在观察她的脖子周围，然后细节上表现点微笑：我觉得你的脖子挺漂亮的，这个，蛮像你的，说不出来，就是挺漂亮。这种赞美，你或者说是赞许。这是一个。墙和笔的眼神方式，还有盯着某个物体用你所有的愤怒，情绪去看。威慑力的眼神。知道吗。

第三个，练习你的眼神的灵活性。比如说你在看，眼神盯着某个点看的时候，你的头是可以左右晃动，但是你眼神是不动的。这样练你眼珠的灵活性，或者是上下，但是你的眼神是保持不动的。你的头是可以随意的扭转姿势，对吧。你的头可以画圆圈。但是眼神是一直盯着某个点的。就是，灵活性。

这些方式，就是墙和笔，穿透力，转头眼珠不动。这些方式都可以在你平常休息没事的时候练习。因为眼神的帮助是非常之大，你在跟人相处的时候，你的眼神是对方第一个印象。那么，你的眼神是自信的，真诚的，或者是猥琐的，愤怒的，你是个自大的人，还是一个开心的开朗的外向的人，都是可以通过你的眼神来传达出来的。所以说，眼神是非常非常重要的。

第四个，在跟别人注视的时候，你可以通过你眼神来画字母。比如说，你可以用你的眼神来画K。或者用你的眼神来画C，或者B。当你觉得，跟别人相处，你初始有点紧张的时候，最好的做法，把她的脸想象成一个平板，然后你的眼珠就是笔，在她脸上面画ABC，写上你的名字，秋阳。那么这个时候你的眼神是非常专注的，因为你的专注点不在于她的脸而在于她脸上出现的字体。这是一个非常棒的方式。别人会觉得你非常专注于她，你也不会感觉到紧张，因为你分散了注意力。

那么，后续我们也会关于站姿坐姿，然后说话方式，音调语调的练习都会非常详细的描述。会非常全面的告诉你怎么做。细致，甚至语言，还有心态，技巧篇。就是希望你能够完成作业，每天大概练习三到四次，每次三到五分钟。长期下来你会发现，你的眼神会有不一样的感觉。

Royal Diamond Jubilee afternoon tea sees that Princess Beatrice hat turned into a praline profiterole.

The latest to create a fitting tribute for Her Majesty is the Berkeley Hotel in London's Knightsbridge, whose iconic Pret-a-Portea has been feeding fashionistas (yes, they do eat!) for years with minute edible versions of fashion classics. 

From miniature Mulberry bags to Jimmy Choo shoes, the Pret-a-Portea collection has charted the changing face of fashion through its confectionary. 

And now, the tea is set to honour the lady of the moment - Queen Elizabeth - with a specially designed Royal Jubilee tea called The Royal Collection.

To mark the Queen's six decades on the throne, The Berkeley Hotel's pastry chefs will be magicking up biscuits, fancies and choux buns in the form of the most memorable hats worn by the Royal Family.

And brilliantly capturing the millinary zeitgeist, The Royal Collection will include a praline profiterole inspired by Princess Beatrice's infamous Philip Treacy royal wedding hat.

The clever pastry chefs have also rendered in vanilla biscuit form Queen Elizabeth’s legendary Imperial crown, worn for her coronation in 1953, which is adorned with intricate icing and sugar diamonds. 

Angela Kelly’s Canadian maple leaf hat, worn by Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge in Canada, has been carefully prepared in the form of a bright red strawberry panna cotta macaroon, and a stately blueberry hat cake with sugar roses and green leaves is inspired by a design by Rachel Trevor-Morgan, one Queen Elizabeth’s favourite British milliners. 

Other royal show-stoppers making an appearance on The Berkeley’s tea stand include Gina Foster’s memorable fascinator worn by Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge at Zara Philip’s wedding; a light pink floral-trim hat, recently worn by Queen Elizabeth in Canada, and of course a black Launer London handbag cake as carried by Queen Elizabeth at the Royal Wedding, complete with its unmistakeable gold clasp.

The tribute is made all the more fitting given the monarch's predilection for a well-chosen hat. 

The Queen is believed to have worn more than 5,000 hats since she was crowned in 1952 - not all of them rendered in sugar here, of course.

女人下巴面相

美容也不要忘了面相的重要性。改脸型别改坏了。

人们通常用“瓜子脸”形容一个女人的美貌，“瓜子脸”实际就是指尖下巴，好不好呢？

从相面的角度看，女人下巴以圆润饱满平和稍微上翘为好。原因是下巴在面相当中主宰地阁，是承载天、人两府的宰府，要象大地一样具备包容性，衬托性，要有承载子嗣和家产的饱和度。在面相当中，男人主攻天庭，天庭要隆起要挺拔，象天一样高大，骨法庄严峻拔，主贵；而女人如果长了一个大额头，那是操心忧虑的一生，主困扰，主多是非。

下巴圆润要衬托，与上下唇的对称，嘴唇两旁的法令线要明澈，人中要疏通，唇角要上翘，下巴要饱满有肉，这样主夫主当官富贵，而且子嗣流畅，后人兴旺。古人有云：‘千里当官娘子的福’，所以女人有福没有福对于事业成功的男士来说非常重要。

下巴圆润饱满的女性，心胸豁达，看事情条理清晰，对待事物有包容性，能够谦和忍让，所以古人又云：‘家有贤妻男儿不做横事’。因此，成功的男人必须有个贤良的妻子来辅助，来引导。男人年轻的时候性子爆，脾气急，火气大，有事业心需要在外打拼，而好的妻子往往扮演救火队员的身份，灭掉丈夫心中的急躁和浮躁，理顺出前景的光明，给予肯定和赞许，加以鼓励和期盼，这个时候没有不成功的丈夫。所以，这种女性往往被夸赞为‘福相’。相反咱们理顺下下巴尖的女性。

从中国传统命理学来看，女人下巴尖是由于个体的运势造成的。通常下巴尖的女性预示着晚年运势下滑或者是红颜薄命，也就是俗称的“瓜子脸”。这种脸型下巴尖翘瘦小，附带着两个颐骨收缩，而颐骨代表着晚年的田宅，也就是晚年家中的资产。两颐削薄通常预示着晚年孤单凄凉家业不聚。而没有脸腮的女性往往心胸狭窄，尖酸挑唆，妒火争忌，视人之短而睚眦刻薄。既然心胸不开阔，就容易无事生非唧唧歪歪，纠结于某些小的不经意而难以开脱。在这种状态之下，作为女人更无法考究和观察到丈夫的情绪，更多是的对他人的索取，而不是大度的舍予。也就是说不知道关心别人，不懂得站在别人的立场考虑问题，如果下巴过尖的话，必然是多愁善感，给感情和婚姻的另一半造成疲惫和压力。也就是说瓜子脸的美女往往情感婚姻上波折较多，人生不那么尽如人意。

圆下巴的人首先看起来和气，易于相处，具备亲和力，比较容易拥有美满的爱情。如果是位女性一定非常顾家；如果是男性，性情一定温和。这种人不仅是恋爱的胜利者，同时由于工作十分热心，待人热诚也经常身负重任。也具有仁爱之心，子女也很贤孝，可以享受一个幸福的晚年。圆下巴的年轻女子，性器官、骨盆等均极发达，因此对于孕育后代也具备更强的优势。

尖而狭窄的下巴看起来孤诮，形状特点可表示晚年孤独，没有人缘，过度自我，而且有神经质的倾向。尖而狭窄的下巴必然是早夭之相，其人生里程可能很短。如果偶然有寿命较长，晚年也是十分凄凉，连个嘘寒问暖的人都没有。所以古代美女们多数晚年凄凉而终，几乎没有完美的结局。

在生活当中尖下巴和圆下巴的例子也比比皆是，作为演员靠着脸蛋吃饭，所以顾头不顾腚，拼着命要抢着上镜，这也与他们的人生宿命有绝对的联系，恶果循环最终谁造孽谁承受！而那些官太太们，富豪的老婆们，几乎没有一个是尖下巴的，如果偶尔有尖下巴的富豪太太，或者是官家夫人，必然丈夫的事业半途而废，其中绝对与妻子性格的诱导有非常大的关系。

Frankly speaking, this is the first time I am trying Plan B even though the name has been around for quite some time. It will be good for the restaurant or cafe brands. When medias or other social medias been mentioning about them when they are still new in the market, about everyone is mentioning about them; then after quite some time, no one will ever mention about them again? Here, the late comers like me will revoke the memories of some and be reminded they should visit the place the once visited before. 

Plan B is creative space, which entices people to hang out, eat, linger, and be inspired. Its interior employs an industrial flair with raw wood and exposed brick finishing; livened up with quirky art pieces. This modern coffee shop that prides itself in its specialist coffee blend and its seasonal selection of single origin beans, all roasted and ground fresh in-house daily. The menu is modern Aussie-meets-New York-deli, boasting contemporary salads, wholesome sandwiches made with freshly baked breads, pastas and a variety of rustic cakes and desserts. A selection of Asian and Western meals features on the late-night supper menu.

Plan B is somewhere worth not to be forgotten and should be visited often. Being a dessert person, I am very particular with the quality of desserts. The chocolate tart was delicious and really tasted unique; not any of those I can find else where. Even though you might think that the crust is too hard when you consume there but I have mine take-away, I decide to consume it next day when took out from the fridge, leave it at room temperature for an hour; then it was kinda soft enough and tasted as well.

We had the lemon cake too as dessert- for this, having too much to shout about; just a normal cake. However, I believe that the Lemon Meringue Pie will be better. Wonder why the waiter recommended us the cake instead.

As for the hot dishes, we ordered the mushroom soup and Soft Shell Crab Spaghetti. The soup is something creamy enough and authentic enough kind of mushroom soup. We both love the spaghetti but for me, I don't really like the soft shell crab- not aromatic enough.

I will surely going back for more; for their burgers, and more desserts.
