mussel, tiger prawn on ice, sushi, sashimi, kerabu, rojak buah, roasted strip
loin, ayam percik & beef wellington, roasted chicken/duck, whole lamb,
fried vegetables, rending, fish head curry, lamb kebab, beef bakso noodle, vegetable
lasagna, squid in percik sauce, lamb cutlet, seafood tom yam, black pepper
mutton, soto ayam, sotong kanggung, smoked salmon, butter chicken, seafood
